Check in time?

Our check in time for the room is 4pm-11pm.  Guest arriving between 11.00 PM and 1.00 AM the next day need to let us know in advance. Reception closes at 1.00 AM. Please note that we offer a late check-in option from 1.00 AM to 3.00 AM for an additional charge of £10, which must be pre-arranged. Guests who fail to pre-arrange late check-in or who arrive after 3.00 AM won’t be able to check in for that night and may be marked as a no-show, with applicable cancellation penalties.

Check out time?

The premises have to be vacated by 11am the day of check out.

How do I check out?

We offer express check out. You can drop your check0in card and key in the black express check-out box beside the reception door. Send us an email to frontdesk@nxlondon.com and your deposit will be refunded in the account used to pay for the reservation. If you don’t hold a key, your check-out will be processed automatically as long as the room and facilities have been vacated by 11:00am, there’s no need to speak with the receptionist.

Can I pay with debit/credit card?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Is there a parking lot?

There is public parking space around our hostel. This is on residential streets following city rules.

How can I book?

You can use directly our webpage (“book now” button) to check the prices for the particular dates you want and to make a reservation.

Can we add extra people in the room?

In some cases, when you book a private room and want to add an extra person you might be able to do it with an extra charge. Please contact us to see if that is possible.

Do you accept minors?

We welcome kids aged 6 years and older, but only when they are accompanied with an adult, above 25 years old, responsible for them and booking private rooms. (For example, a family that wants to book all together in a room and have minors will have to book a private room). We can’t accommodate kids under 6 years old.  Any guest under 6-18 years old must be booked on Private Rooms. Minors under 6 years old are not allowed to stay under any circumstances.

Do you ask for a deposit?

A £10 cash refundable deposit is required per key.

Do you offer lockers?

Yes, with a £2 charge per day and you will be asked to leave £10 as a refundable deposit for the key.

Is smoking allowed?

The NX Hostel is a “NO SMOKING” Establishment. No smoking or use of any other smokable or chewable tobacco or non-tobacco products allowed in any part of the building. (Including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, cigars,or snuff) Anyone found in breach will incur a £50.00 fine and might be evicted from the premises. No Refunds will be given.
