1) Booking & Payment Information

  • Is my reservation refundable or changeable?

2) Age Policy

What ages do you accept?

3) Rooms & Housekeeping

  • What room types are available?

  • How clean are the rooms and common areas?
    NX provides regular cleaning aligned with a budget‑hostel “standard turnaround” (linen change, bins, wipe‑downs, vacuum/mop). 5) Check‑In, Check‑Out & Deposits

  • What are your check‑in/check‑out times and extras?
    • Standard check‑in: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
    • Early check‑in (from 1:00 PM): £10 per person, subject to availability
    • Late check‑in (1:00–3:00 AM): £10 per reservation, pre‑arranged & paid before midnight
    • Standard check‑out: Before 11:00 AM
    • Late check‑out (until 3:00 PM): £15 per person (pre‑booked)
    • Departures after 3:00 PM: extra night + £15
  • How does the locker key deposit work?

6) Luggage & Lockers

  • Can I drop luggage before check‑in or after check‑out?

8) Groups (8+ Guests)

  • What is the group deposit and payment schedule?
    • 50% non‑refundable deposit to confirm; otherwise the booking remains provisional and may be cancelled.
    • Remaining 50% due 28 days prior to arrival; payments not received by then are subject to a 20% price increase.
    • If still unpaid 21 days prior, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit retained.
    • Final numbers can be adjusted up to 7 days prior (increases subject to availability; reductions are forfeited).
    • No‑shows are charged for all nights; payments are non‑refundable.

9) House Rules & Fines (Most Common)

10) Photography, Recording & Media

  • Can I take photos or video on the premises?
    No recording (photos/video/audio) anywhere on premises without prior written authorisation from Management. Privacy rules apply; breaches can lead to termination without refund and fines. [nxlondon.com]

  • Do you accept guest‑submitted photos/videos as evidence for complaints?
    NX LONDON does not accept AI‑generated, AI‑edited, deep‑faked, or materially manipulated media as evidence. Only authorised, original media captured by NX staff or licensed third parties is admissible.
