Property and Cancellation Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

If you are arriving after 11:00 PM on your arrival date, please email us at least 24 hours in advance to confirm your approximate arrival time. Payment and registration forms must be completed online prior to check-in. You will then receive instructions for checking into the hostel after 11:00 PM.

Check-Out Time: Before 11:00 AM on your departure date.

Individual Policies

Prepayment: All reservations are PREPAID, non-refundable, and cannot be modified, even in the event of a “No-Show.” The total amount of the reservation will be charged upon booking. NX LONDON HOSTEL reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time if the payment cannot be processed.

Cancellation: The total amount of the reservation will be charged upon reserving, and no refunds are available under any circumstances.

Minors Policy: Children aged 6+ years are not allowed to stay in dormitory accommodations. They may only stay in a private family room with a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult. Unfortunately, children under 6 years are not permitted.

Chargebacks: Attempted chargebacks for online transactions will be subject to thorough investigation, and criminal charges may be filed.

Guest Behaviour: All guests must conduct themselves appropriately at all times, complying with hostel policies and procedures. Inappropriate behavior, including being offensive, threatening, or intoxicated, may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to the property.

Group Policies

A group is classified as a party of 8 or more guests. A group reservation remains ‘provisional’ until a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value has been received. Once the deposit is received, the reservation is guaranteed and subject to our Group Terms and Conditions.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total fee must be received no later than 28 days prior to arrival.

• Adjustments: Final numbers can be adjusted up or down up to 7 days prior to arrival. Increases are subject to availability and will be charged at the current applicable rate.

• Non-refundable Payments: Group deposits and payments are non-refundable. If a group fails to arrive without notification, the reservation will be charged as a non-arrival, and no refunds will be issued.

• Behavior: Should any group members become unruly, resulting in complaints, NX LONDON HOSTEL reserves the right to cancel the reservation, resulting in early eviction without refunds.

General Policy

• Non-Refundable: All reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified. The total amount is always charged upon booking.

• Chargebacks: Attempted chargebacks will be subject to criminal investigation.

• Guest Behavior: Inappropriate behavior will lead to eviction, and guests will be held liable for any damages. Refunds will not be provided.

• No Smoking: NX LONDON HOSTEL is a “NO SMOKING” establishment. A £50 fine will be enforced for violations, and eviction may occur without a refund.

Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation and/or receiving this document, you agree to comply with all hostel policies and procedures. Failure to do so may result in fines, eviction, or legal action.
